Administration & Executive Support
- Perform general office administration, coordination, HR, secretarial, and operational
support duties.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to Executive Partners, including
calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense
claims.
- Facilitate communication with regional offices, clients, vendors, and suppliers.
Accounting & Finance
- Handle full set of account (Journal entries, AR, AP, GL, Cash Flow, Bank
Reconciliation, P&L & Balance Sheet) operational day to day activities and ensures
account are up-to-date at all times.
- Preparing of monthly management reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform bi-monthly SST submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Process and generate invoices, monitor debtor and creditor ageing, follow up on
outstanding balances, and coordinate collections.
- Prepare and process supplier payments.
- Prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors.
Others
- Support outsourcing assignments and administrative functions for clients as assigned
by the Company.
- Perform any other duties, projects, and assignments as delegated by Management
and the Executive Partners from time to time.

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Having 2 years of Accounting

・Experience in handling full set of accounts or exposure to accounting functions (AP, AR, GL), and admin is preferred.英語
