End-to-End Event Planning: Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate conferences, seminars, incentive tours, and exhibitions (MICE) from initial brief to post-event evaluation.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for corporate clients, scheduling regular progress meetings, managing expectations, and presenting tailored event proposals.
Vendor & Supplier Negotiation: Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, including hotels, convention centers, caterers, AV production houses, and transportation providers, ensuring high-quality deliverables within budget.
Logistics Coordination: Overseas all event logistics, including group flight bookings, visa coordination, hotel room allocations, ground transportation schedules, and run-of-sheet timelines for event days.
Budget & Financial Management: Create, track, and reconcile project budgets, ensuring accurate costing, cost-control measures, and timely invoicing/payments to suppliers and from clients.
On-Site Event Operations: Lead the on-site execution team, supervising vendor setups, managing registration desks, coordinates stage management, and swiftly resolving any real-time crises or schedule changes.
Post-Event Reporting: Conduct post-event debriefs with clients, gather feedback, and prepare comprehensive post-event financial and operational reports for internal review.
