    As a Senior Field Support Engineer, provide technical and on-site support for test socket products throughout the design and post-sales phases.
    Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, improve performance, and ensure smooth qualification processes.
    Conduct evaluations, troubleshooting, and technical presentations to enhance customer satisfaction and product reliability.

    - Provide technical support to customers on test sockets (pre- and post-sales).
    - Respond to technical inquiries and assist in prototype design from a field application perspective.
    - Support qualification and evaluation of test sockets at customer sites.
    - Work closely with internal teams to propose improvements and resolve issues quickly.
    - Troubleshoot and provide on-site solutions to prevent production downtime.
    - Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports for customers and management.
    - Coordinate information with QC, Engineering, Production, and Sales teams.
    - Participate in meetings, trade shows, and technical events as needed.

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design engineering within the semiconductor industry.
    - Hands-on experience with test sockets is mandatory, including design support, application engineering, troubleshooting, or customer-facing technical support.
    - Proficient in SolidWorks and 2D CAD software, with strong engineering design and drafting capabilities.
    - Able to read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design documentation.
    - Strong understanding of semiconductor testing applications, precision mechanical components, and customer technical requirements.
    - Experience in leading and mentoring small technical teams to deliver projects and support customer needs effectively.
    - Proven ability to independently manage projects, coordinate cross-functional activities, and drive tasks to successful completion.
    - Customer-focused with strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
    - Willing to travel as required to support customers and project activities.
