  Summary
  Responsible for reviewing and rebuilding the end-to-end accounting function, including process mapping, internalization of outsourced work, system implementation (accounting and expense management), SOP and internal control development, and full-set accounting operations including closing, reporting, budgeting, tax, audit, and cash flow management.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Review the current accounting workflow and identify who is responsible for each task
  - Analyze existing processes and propose and implement improvements and efficiency enhancements
  - Lead the internalization of outsourced accounting functions
  - Select, implement, and set up the accounting system
  - Implement and establish an expense reimbursement system and its operational structure
  - Develop, maintain, and enforce accounting SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and internal controls
  - Handle full-set accounting including AP, AR, and GL
  - Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting
  - Support cash flow management and treasury-related activities
  - Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents
  - Support tax filing and related documentation preparation
  - Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
  - Support internal and external audit processes and prepare required documentation
  - Coordinate with Japan headquarters for cross-border accounting and financial reporting
  - Other related duties to ensure stable operation and continuous improvement of accounting and finance functions
