    As a Store Manager, you are a seasoned and charismatic retail leader, responsible for overseeing and driving sales and delivery operations at your location. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall management and sales execution, recruitment, training, and development of a dynamic store team. Your team will look to you to set the standard for open communication, active problem solving, and a positive work environment. We expect you to be fully committed to the success of your team and actively involve yourself in your team members’ growth and development. You are a hands-on coach with strong business acumen. You seek constant improvement of performance and have a strong understanding of numbers and KPIs.

    Responsibilities
    • Help drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, merchandise presentation and promotion
    • Implement all operational policies and procedures to satisfy customer needs while helping the organization achieve its goals
    • Lead the interviewing and recruitment of candidates who possess the skills necessary to achieve store goals
    • Train and develop staff to consistently perform to company standards
    • Lead the planning, implementation, and follow-up of store operational tasks and projects, including but not limited to outbound events and sales networking activities
    • Control store expenses, including staffing, supplies, and services
    • Adhere to processes regarding merchandise display and physical inventory
    • Experiment with and promote daily workflow efficiency improvements within the local team; share proven best practices with peers and management
    • Represent the company in a professional and responsible manner when communicating with others both inside and outside the organization
    • Your performance will be measured by your ability to manage a productive team of sales advisors demonstrating strong sales performance, maintaining active customer pipelines, and product specialists who engage and convert potential customers, while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings
    • Employees are expected to learn company and product-related knowledge and pass internal assessments as part of full-time role requirements
    • Perform other related duties as assigned based on business needs

    • At least 8 years of working experience in retail, industry, or key account sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals, including 3 years of team management experience
    • Excellent business development ability and business negotiation skills

    • Self-starter with exceptional time management skills and strong attention to detail
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset
