仕事内容
- Responsible for assisting in handling the company’s operation and daily affairs.
- To provide general, specialized, confidential and time sensitive operational and administrative support in an accurate and flexible manner.
- Handle employees daily attendance, KPI reports and OT calculations
- Schedule appointments (internal and external) and prepare documents for meetings.
- Assist to organize and handle various company activities.
- Maintain general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Support to the management staff on general affairs and coordinate human resources activities with headquarters.
- Perform any other duties assigned by superior/management.

- Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience in related position (admin/human resources/sales support).
- Require Skill: MS office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
