  1. Manage after-sales and service activities.
  2. Responsible for equipment installations pre-commissioning checks and commissioning on sites.
  3. Coordinating field work involving troubleshooting, reporting and resolution of any emergency warranty issues.
  4. Responsible and manage warranty claims and matter and liaising with HQ and 3rd party vendor on any warranty claims and reports.
  5. Technical back-up to field service staff to ensure technical queries are attended and settled promptly.
  6. Ensure completion of service tasks and submission of report/expense on a timely manner.
  7. Prepare quotation for service and spare parts enquiries.
  8. Customer relationship management
  9. Provide training for customers and internal team.
  10. Provide timely feedback on overall market situation, competition and new business opportunities.
