  • Laser System Control: Operate and control laser systems, tools, and equipment to ensure proper functioning throughout the manufacturing process.
  • System Maintenance & Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support for laser operating systems, including tasks like design, coding, and troubleshooting to maintain smooth operation.
  • Client/Project Communication: Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure drawings and specifications are correct and aligned with project requirements.
  • Inspection & Quality Assurance: Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality and specification standards.
  • File Management: Program and maintain organized records of current files for client projects, ensuring all sections are updated and accessible.
  • Machine Selection & Cost-Effective Manufacturing: Choose the appropriate machines and equipment for part production, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Work Instructions & Setup Sheets: Develop and maintain detailed standard work instructions and setup sheets to ensure consistent processes.
