  【Summary】
  To responsible for driving the company's sales strategy, revenue growth and market expansion. The role supports the Sales Director in leading the sales department, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. The incumbent will oversee key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales plans aligned with overall company objectives.
  
  【Key Responsibilities】
  - Develop sales plans in alignment with strategic objectives
  - Grow and retain existing accounts by introducing new services to customers
  - Lead and manage Sales Managers to ensure effective execution of sales activities
  - Ensure timely collection of payments
  - Ensure proper and appropriate control of business expenses
  - Oversee sales planning to ensure deliveries meet customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
  - Work closely with other department managers and the R&D team to support new product development
  - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  - Establish and execute sales budgets for each sales department
  - Monitor, oversee, and closely collaborate with all sales departments
