    ■ JOB PURPOSE
    Act as the primary technical bridge between the company global supplier network and local manufacturing clients.
    The Sales Engineer will leverage technical expertise to recommend high-performance materials and equipment, driving business growth within the Northern Malaysia industrial sector.

    ■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Technical Consulting & Solution Design
    ・Technical Advisory: Provide in-depth engineering information regarding chemical properties, equipment specifications, and service applications to address customer requests.
    ・Requirement Analysis: Consult with clients to assess equipment and system requirements, translating complex manufacturing challenges into tailored technical solutions.
    ・Product Customization: Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to modify or adapt products and materials to meet specific client production needs.

    2. Business Development & Account Management
    ・Strategic Prospecting: Identify and establish new accounts by analyzing market trends and mapping potential customers within the Electronics, Semiconductor sectors.
    ・Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular technical site visits and strategic sales planning.
    ・Sales Pipeline Management: Efficiently organize sales call schedules and follow-up activities to ensure a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.

    3. Sales Operations & Commercial Execution
    ・Proposal Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including handling technical enquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and processing sales orders.
    ・Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations to explain the technical advantages and ROI of Nagase’s products to both engineering and procurement teams.
    ・Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to monitor stock availability, delivery timelines, and the status of replacement (NG) parts.

    4. After-Sales & Quality Support
    ・Technical Support: Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with installed equipment or material applications.
    ・Quality Control Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related feedback, ensuring non-conforming (NG) parts are handled and investigated in accordance with company standards.

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 3 years of industrial related or manufacturing related sales experience
    ・Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Candidate with semiconductor or electrical & electronics related knowledge and experience has advantage
