  Summary
  Oversee daily departmental operations, track asset and shot progress, coordinate with teams to meet deadlines, and identify and resolve issues to ensure the production schedule stays on track.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned departments
  - Monitor the daily movement of assets and shots within those departments
  - Follow up on outstanding tasks and communicate regularly with leads/supervisors to ensure deadlines are met
  - Create departmental schedules and reporting systems based on the master production schedule and Shotgrid
  - Identify existing or potential issues that may impact the master schedule
  - Coordinate with Production Managers and Directors to develop and implement solutions to resolve these issues
