Job Description :
- Identify and evaluate reliable local and overseas suppliers/vendors to meet company procurement needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely procurement of materials/services.
- Resolve supplier disputes and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Oversee warehouse department, ensure all warehouse documents and procedures are in order
- Coordinate with warehouse and production department for material planning.
- Monitor incoming shipment from overseas vendor.
- Apply SST exemption
- Prepare documentation for Certificate of Origin and Free Trade Agreement
- Maintain office equipment and office supplies
- Undertake office administrative tasks and any other ad-hoc duties as required
- To update weekly Procurement schedule
- To conduct weekly checks on stock items that require reordering.
- To prepare monthly SST self declaration for local consumption stocks

- Education Background : At least Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management in manufacturing industry (prefer metal industry)
- Required Skills:
1. Have experience in ISO9001 accredited company
2. Candidate with QMR experience will have an added advantage
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Must be able to work independently英語
