■ PRODUCT/SERVICES
Supplies and manufactures racking systems, helping clients enhance warehouse productivity, maximize storage capacity with minimal investment, streamline handling processes, reduce time and cost wastage, and improve safety by preventing injuries and damages.
■ JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading, exploring, developing and driving the growth of the mechanization business within the palm oil estate sector.
This includes market expansion, operational execution, and project implementation related to agricultural mechanization solutions across Malaysia and Indonesia.
■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
・Lead and spearhead the strategic growth and development of the mechanization business sector.
・Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the mechanization initiatives in Malaysia and Indonesia.
・Identify market gaps, conduct feasibility studies, and assess regional mechanization needs within palm oil plantations.
・Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and target customer segments.
・Conduct market research to support business strategy and prepare business and mechanization development plans.
・Develop comprehensive business proposal and mechanization plans for potential clients.
・Engage customers to understand their operational challenges and propose suitable mechanization solutions.
・Promote mechanization solutions to estate owners, plantation groups, and agricultural companies.
・Present business models, value propositions, and cost-benefit analysis to potential customers.
・Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Malaysia and Indonesia to support long-term business growth

■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Minimum 12 years of experience in Oil Palm estate operations particularly involving in harvesting machineries & its downstream process
・Strong hand-on experience in mechanization projects within plantation or agricultural sectors
・Proven Senior leadership experience is essential
・Willing to travel extensively across Malaysia and Indonesia with team members
■ ADVANTAGES
・Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing / Mechanical Engineering /Agricultural Engineering / Plantation Management / Agricultural Technology / Agricultural Science & Technology or related field
・Knowledge of agricultural machinery like: tractors, harvesters, motorized cutters, mechanized tools or similar equipment servicing, maintenance, repair process, and workshop management
・Experience in developing comprehensive business and mechanization proposals for potential clients

・Results-driven with strong business acumen and commercial awareness
・Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
・Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast market trends and develop long-term business sustainability plans
・Strong analytical thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
