  Summary
  The Executive, Production Planning & Operations is responsible for overseeing daily production activities while managing planning functions to ensure efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership to supervise and guide operators on the production line, while also preparing and monitoring production schedules to achieve company shipment and revenue targets.
  
  Job Responsibilities
  - Lead and supervise production operators, ensuring smooth daily operations on the production floor.
  - Monitor production lines, provide guidance, and resolve issues to meet productivity, quality, and shipment requirements.
  - Prepare, implement, and monitor production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer delivery timelines and company targets.
  - Take responsibility for achieving shipment schedules and company revenue goals.
  - Report daily/weekly production plan vs. actual results.
  - Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure material availability, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  - Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing new methods and ideas to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  - Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and workplace discipline.
  - Foster strong teamwork and maintain positive working relationships across all levels.
  - Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior.
