Job 1
1. Purchasing
i. Handle end-to-end procurement activities including RFQs, quotation issuance, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.
ii. Delivery adjustment with supplier based on customer’s requirements.
2. Supplier Management
i. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and overseas suppliers.
ii. Monitor supplier performance.
3. Operational Coordination
i. Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, warehouse, etc) to ensure smooth delivery process.
ii. Track and manage inventory levels.
iii. Resolve delivery discrepancies, quality issues, or invoice mismatches.
4. Customer Relationship Maintenance
i. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by providing timely updates, addressing enquiries, and ensuring service satisfaction.

Job 2
1. Export Shipment Coordination
i. Plan, arrange, and execute all type export shipments (air, sea, courier, drop shipment).
ii. Book export freight with approved forwarders and monitor shipment schedules.
iii. Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or logistics issues.
iv. Coordinate with warehouse teams from cargo picking, packing and delivery.
2. Export Documentation
i. Prepare, verify, and manage all export documents within shipment cut-off timing.
ii. Ensure all documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements.
3. Forwarder & Warehouse Management
i. Liaise with liner, forwarders and warehouse for shipment arrangements.
ii. Verify and approve bills from service providers.
4. Operational Coordination
i. Work closely with internal sales, forwarder, warehouse, and account teams to support order fulfilment.
ii. Perform stock confirmation and Sales invoice billing in system.
iii. Stock take activity.
iv. Assist with resolving discrepancies, documentation errors, or customs clearance issues.
求めている人材
応募条件
1) Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2) Basic excel, intermediate level is preferred
3) Strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, internal departments, etc.
4) Good understanding of procurement processes.
5) Proficient in MS Office.
6) Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
7) Logistic / purchasing knowledge (preferable)
8) Knowledge of export processes such as shipment arrangement, BL preparation and customs documentation.
9) Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.英語
