  Position Summary
  This role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient workflows, improving performance, and driving operational excellence. This role requires the ability to manage cross-functional teams, enhance productivity, and implement best practices for both short-term and long-term success.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Oversee and refine operational workflows to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Ensure that operations meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieve company goals.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics to senior management.
  • Develop performance goals and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for departments or teams.
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives where necessary to optimize productivity and quality.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operations teams to ensure they are engaged, skilled, and high-performing.
  • Support recruitment, training, and talent development within the operations team.
  • Enhance workforce growth, encourage employee participation in management processes, and foster a work environment that maximizes employee motivation, enthusiasm, and creativity.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative team culture, fostering a results-driven environment.
  • Assist in the development of operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Oversee resource management to ensure the company has the necessary equipment, technology, and personnel to achieve its objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes and systems.
  • Implement lean manufacturing practices, automation, or other methodologies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Coordinate and drive projects aimed at improving operational performance.
  • Ensure operations comply with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry certifications (e.g., ISO standards ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO1400).
  • Develop and enforce quality control standards to meet customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Establish and improve the quality management system and handle major customer quality issues.
  • Foster strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Establishing, implementing, and enhancing the company’s Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Establishing, implementing, and enhancing the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Lead and manage responses to operational emergencies, supply chain disruptions, or other business-critical issues.
  • Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders during crises to ensure minimal operational impact.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to drive decisions and inform operational strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of sustainability initiatives within operations.
