    We are seeking a highly experienced QC Incoming Manager with a strong background in printing processes and excellent color vision to join our team.

    Job Responsibilities:
    - Manage and supervise incoming quality control inspection for raw materials and printed components
    - Ensure all incoming materials meet printing quality standards, including color accuracy and consistency
    - Analyze defects related to printing, color variation, ink, and materials
    - Work closely with suppliers, production, and QC teams to resolve quality issues
    - Develop and improve QC incoming procedures and inspection standards
    - Prepare quality reports and support audits when required
    - Able to work independently and lead QC activities effectively

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Printing Technology, Quality Management, or related field
    - Minimum 5 years of experience in printing process quality control
    - Strong knowledge of printing processes, color matching, ink, and substrates
    - Excellent color vision (ability to distinguish colors accurately is mandatory)
    - Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
    - Familiar with QC systems will be an added advantage
