1. Grow New Business: Identify and secure new customers across packaging, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and automation sectors. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
2. Build Strong Customer Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions, and be the main contact for enquiries, solution discussions, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth customer experience.
3. Deliver Tailored Solutions: Work with internal teams to prepare proposals that provide real value and business impact.
4. Support Sales Team on Customer Visits: Join sales team members for customer visits, help present solutions, and support them in closing deals.
5. Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Keep updated on competitor activities and industry changes to offer smarter, more effective solutions.
6. Drive Overall Sales Targets: Drive both individual and team sales performance by managing your pipeline and supporting the team to achieve shared sales targets — with attractive commissions for strong overall results.

応募条件
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years sales or business development experience in solution selling (industrial, manufacturing, warehousing, packaging, automation or B2B equipment preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Open to outstation travel for client visits
- Proven leadership experience in guiding sales teams and supporting them to achieve successful performance.英語
