仕事内容
• Create PCB layout for inverter boards (2–8 layers), focusing on high-power and high- frequency constraints.
• Ensure compliance with creepage, clearance, dielectric strength, and thermal considerations.
• Work with hardware engineers on copper thickness, trace width, isolation, grounding, and power loop optimization.
• Run DFM/DFT checks for manufacturability and automated optical inspection (AOI).
• Prepare fabrication files: Gerber, ODB++, stack-up, impedance control documents.

- Education Background : Bachelor’s in electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- Experience : Min 3–8 years in power/control PCB design, preferably in inverter AC or motor control applications
- Require Skill :
o Proficient in schematic & PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, Mentor)
o Experience in EMI/EMC layout practices, high-current/high-voltage separation
o Strong knowledge of gate driver circuits, current/voltage sensing, and isolation techniques
o Familiar with DFM/DFA for power boards
o Experience with thermal design (heatsinks, derating)
o Able to interface with mechanical designers for housing/thermal alignment英語
