    ■ JOB SUMMARY
    The Senior Sales Manager will lead and expand local Sales operations, including oversight of any representative offices and branches.
    This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all sales functions.
    The Senior Sales Manager will align business activities with company strategic objectives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
    The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented leader with a strong background in technical sales, business development, and team leadership.
    They possess the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies, build long-term client partnerships, and deliver measurable growth.

    ■ DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Strategic Sales & Business Development
    • Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies for Local sales territory in alignment with corporate objectives.
    • Meet or exceed assigned annual revenue and profit targets.
    • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across existing and new market segments.
    • Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market developments to shape effective strategies.
    • Promote company brand presence through engagement with clients, partners, and industry networks.

    2. Customer Relationship & Account Management
    • Strengthen relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term business partnerships and high customer satisfaction.
    • Lead customer engagement strategies, including after-sales service, technical support, and complaint resolution.
    • Ensure continuous improvement in customer experience through proactive feedback and solution optimization.
    • Oversee major account negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing strategies.

    3. Local sales and Representative Operations & Team Leadership
    • Manage and maintain daily operations of the Local sales section, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
    • Lead, motivate, and coach sales and support staff to achieve performance targets.
    • Coordinate closely with internal departments — including Sales Support, Technical Service, and Marketing — to ensure seamless execution of projects.
    • Ensure adherence to sales standards, ethical practices, and company processes.

    4. Technical & Product Expertise
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, technologies, and applications.
    • Provide technical guidance to customers and the sales team on product selection, system optimization, and solution design.
    • Monitor and support implementation of technical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
    • Support continuous learning initiatives for the team through training, coaching, and professional development.

    5. Marketing & Representation
    • Represent company at trade shows, exhibitions, and marketing events.
    • Increase brand awareness and visibility within the assigned region.
    • Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders and associations.

    6. Administrative & Reporting
    • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.
    • Communicate sales activities, project status, and customer insights effectively with management.
    • Ensure operational excellence, cost control, and compliance with company policies.

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
    ・Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
    ・Proven track record of territory business development and strategic sales growth.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Strong background in heat exchangers, valves, pumps, boilers, cooling systems, or HVAC industries preferred.
    ・Previous working experience in Japan company

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
    ・Based in or willing to relocate to overseas.
