    - Leading evaluation of project developing cost, technic and risk
    - Interdepartmental coordination in new project development
    - Responsible for new project evaluation report and progress management
    - Responsible for the SIM and molding process optimization
    - Responsible for the assembly automation development and trouble shooting
    - Subordinate performance review and supervision
    - Project dept daily check and management
    - Make training plan for employee in project dept
    - Procedure auditing, improvement and ensurement
    - Make dept budget report and season work plan.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or Engineering (Mechatronic) or equivalent.
    - Trained in scientific project management, APQP, etc.
    - Over 4-year experience in project management
    - Familiar with project development flow, adequate knowledge of products project management
    - Familiar with ISO9000/TS16949 quality system.
    - Excellent coordination management ability and leadership, good at analyzing and solving the problem happening accidently.
    - Familiar with office software and relevant project management software.
    - Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
    - Good personal image, self-discipline, dedicated, have strong sense of collective identification
    - Cheerful character, good career morality and integrity. Good at communication and coordination.
    - Have good team work spirit.
