    < Job Purpose >
    To drive business growth in Malaysia by developing new customer accounts through targeted cold calling initiatives and managing existing sales channels to ensure smooth daily operations, including unit and spare parts enquiries.
    The ideal candidate will have sales experience in Equipment / Machinery sales and preferably a background in industrial air compressors.

    < Key Responsibilities >
    1. Business Development
    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries, especially within the semiconductor, automotive, EV Batteries, F&B & etc.
    - Perform cold calling and lead generation activities to build a sustainable customer pipeline.
    - Conduct customer visits and product presentations to convert prospects into sales.
    2. Channel Management
    - Support and manage daily communications with existing dealers, distributors, and service partners.
    - Follow up on unit and spare parts enquiries, quotations, and order fulfilment.
    - Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely support and customer satisfaction.
    3. Sales Execution & Reporting
    - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    - Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
    - Prepare regular market feedback and sales performance reports for management.
    4. Market Intelligence & Customer Focus
    - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements, especially in the semiconductor, automotive, EV Batteries, F&B & etc.
    - Provide insights to enhance product offerings and strategic direction.
    - Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience dealing with rotary equipment or related technical products.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Proven track record in selling to the semiconductor, automotive, EV Batteries, F&B is preferrable.
    ・Good knowledge of the Malaysian market and distribution channels.
    ・Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
    ・Strong cold calling and customer acquisition skills.
    ・Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    ・Independent, self-driven, and results-oriented.
