    ・Develop and implement machine learning models using RapidMiner to ensure casting predictions fall within established quality standards.
    ・Analyse sensor data with RapidMiner to identify and understand relationships between various production parameters and potential issues.
    ・Generate AI-driven insights using RapidMiner to optimize casting performance and improve overall production efficiency.
    ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering, to integrate RapidMiner AI solutions into the manufacturing process.
    ・Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models in RapidMiner, ensuring they continue to meet quality and efficiency targets.
    ・Conduct exploratory data analysis with RapidMiner to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies in production data.
    ・Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science and apply relevant techniques to enhance manufacturing processes.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    ■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
    ・Over 3 years of proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning or AI models in a manufacturing environment.
    ・Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.

    ■ ADVANTAGES
    ・Familiarity with RapidMiner
    ・Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    ・Familiarity with sensor data analysis and IoT technologies.
    ・Experience in the aluminium manufacturing industry or a similar field.
    ・Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques.
    ・Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
    ・Diploma / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    ■ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
    ・Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    ・Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
