  Job Summary:
  We are seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer with a strong background in road construction to join our infrastructure development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing road construction projects in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Plan and oversee road construction projects including earthwork, subgrade preparation, paving, and drainage.
  - Prepare and review construction drawings, cost estimates, and project schedules.
  - Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with engineering plans, standards (IRC, MoRTH), and safety regulations.
  - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, surveyors, and government authorities for smooth execution of works.
  - Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and material testing.
  - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit to project management.
  - Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
  - Resolve technical issues, provide engineering solutions, and suggest improvements.
  - Ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety norms.
  - Maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and approvals.
