•Strategic Business Development: Identify and acquire new business opportunities within specific industrial verticals (Retail, Automotive, Healthcare, or Pharma).•Solution Design: Consult with clients to understand their supply chain pain points and design customized logistics solutions (3PL, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, and Last-mile delivery).•Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with key corporate accounts, ensuring high service satisfaction and long-term partnership.•Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends (e.g., Cold Chain requirements for Pharma, JIT for Automotive) to provide proactive advice to clients.•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Customs Brokerage, and Overseas Branches to ensure seamless implementation of proposed logistics schemes.•Tender Management: Lead the preparation of RFQs, RFPs, and commercial proposals, including complex pricing simulations.
