Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Research and Design Assistance:
- Assist in on-site research and data collection regarding client needs in production, warehousing, and logistics.
- Support the preparation of requirement research reports.
- Assist in designing solutions based on the company's MES software functionalities.
- Participate in feasibility discussions and provide recommendations.
2. Project Implementation Support:
- Assist in developing project implementation plans, clarifying tasks, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Support the development team with system configuration and testing, promptly reporting any issues.
- Help conduct user training sessions and contribute to training documentation and user manuals.
- Assist clients in organizing data, facilitating data migration, and supporting system go-live.
3. Post-Implementation Support:
- Support project acceptance processes and compile standard delivery documentation.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries during after-sales service, gathering feedback, and optimizing the system.
- Participate in project experience-sharing sessions to contribute to internal knowledge management.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal R&D, testing, and other teams, ensuring smooth communication of project progress and challenges.
- Assist in driving project delivery.
5. Industry Research and Pre-Sales Support:
- Help collect and organize industry-related information and contribute to industry-specific solutions.
- Provide suggestions for product optimization based on project experiences.
- Assist in pre-sales activities as needed by providing relevant business insights.
6. Project Planning and Progress Monitoring:
- Support the creation of project plans and budgets based on contracts and technical agreements.
- Assist in tracking project progress and executing detailed action plans, including personnel allocation suggestions, task breakdown assistance, cost control, and quality supervision.

応募条件
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Industrial Automation, or related fields.
- At least 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with basic MES system business processes or a deep understanding of key aspects of manufacturing, including production, quality, and process management.
- Basic knowledge of databases and a preliminary understanding of development technologies.
- Proficiency in using office software for data organization and analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
- Ability to draft clear and concise documentation.
- Team-oriented, responsible, and committed to professional growth.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Capable of basic data analysis and visualization.
- Willingness to travel for short-term business trips.英語
