  Job Summary
  As a Field Application Engineer (FAE), or Senior FAE, you will play a key role in supporting semiconductor principal suppliers and driving demand-creation activities. Your primary focus will be providing technical expertise, design support, and strategic engagement with customers to promote semiconductor components, solutions, and references ensuring successful design wins and business growth in key markets. This role directly report to Marketing Team in Singapore.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  Technical Support & Design-In Activities
  •Work closely with customers' R&D and engineering teams to support semiconductor product selection, design, and integration.
  •Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and system-level design guidance for semiconductor solutions.
  •Collaborate with principal suppliers to deliver application-specific solutions tailored to customer needs.
  
  Demand Creation & Market Development
  •Identify new opportunities for semiconductor products and proactively engage in design-win strategies.
  •Conduct technical seminars, workshops, and training sessions for customers and internal sales teams.
  •Demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
  Supplier & Customer Engagement
  •Act as the bridge between semiconductor principals and customers, ensuring smooth communication of technical requirements.
  •Work closely with sales, marketing, and supplier FAE teams to drive business development strategies.

  Industry & Technology Insights
  •Keep up with the latest technology trends in power electronics, motor control, EV applications, IoT, and embedded systems, etc.
  •Provide feedback to suppliers on market needs, technical challenges, and competitor analysis.
  
  Required Qualifications & Skills
  Education & Experience
  •Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
