  • 仕事内容

    • Responsible for the sales plan and strategies across the General / Traditional trade – Independent Pharmacies, LKAs, Chinese Medical Halls, Provisions, Wholesalers and Sub-Distributors of the business in Malaysia.
    • Top priority – Leading & Managing the Key Local Chain IP of BIG Pharmacy + Healthlane Pharmacy + AA Pharmacy + Alpro Pharmacy + Sunway Multicare Pharmacy.
    • Responsible to achieve the Sales & Distribution targets in sustaining demand to maximise business growth and objective – by considering the PDCA (Plan, Do/Did, Check result and Action to be taken next).
    • Negotiate business terms with each channel and/or customers to reach the most effective conditions and/or profitability for the company.
    • Gain customers, competitors and market insights and leverage on these commercial insights with distributors to create sustainability business for both parties.
    • Coordinate with brand team to align brand strategies & directions, ensuring common key objective is achieved in the trade.
    • Leading a team of 2 – Sales & Marketing Executive for Local Chain IP (Kobayashi) & Exclusive Central Sales Rep (Distributor).
    • To lead training, development, coaching for the Sub-Distributors sales team for each region.
    • Lead and conduct business reviews with sub-distributors to align business objectives.
    • Sub-Distributors’ management – range selling, volume movement, territory coverage, market penetration, brand/product visibility and identifying key problems / opportunities in each region.
    • Channel development – Recommend and implement strategies and tactics that contribute to the development and successful execution.
    • Produce Weekly and monthly reports; give up-to-date sales information on customers’ sales activities in order to keep track of their performance.
    • Conduct frequent stores check / audit to have a better gauge on the market situation, identifying key problems, opportunities and service level of our Distributors.

  • 応募条件

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Science/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
    • Prefer candidate with at least 5 years of working experiences in General /Traditional Trade in OTC or FMCG industry.
    • A person with good business acumen, excellent in data analysis and solution proposals/ ideas.
    • Computer literacy in MS Office. (Work well in Excel & PPT).
    • Passionate to propose his/her own ideas and strategies with logical explanation and objective to improve the business.
    • Possess strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, results oriented, team player and able to work independently.
    • Good command in English & Chinese, both spoken and written.
    • Able to work in fast pace working environment.
    • Willing to travel. (Required to travel outstation/ East Malaysia 1-2 times per month).
    • Added advantage: Able to start work immediately and speaks Japanese language.
