  • 仕事内容

    • Provide leadership, guiding, and consulting to the local HR operation managers and other team members.
    • To ensures the efficiency of every local entity in day-to-day HR operations and administrative HR tasks throughout the workflow.
    • Supervise the recruitment activities and employee onboarding program are effectively implemented in every local office.
    • Work with Regional HR Manager to maintain and update the employee benefits programs.
    • To supervise and supports the local HR operations team to address employees’ queries on issues related to policies, HR laws & regulations, grievances, and all other relevant topics.
    • To lead and ensure the HR activities and policies are compliant with the local laws and regulations.
    • Supports HR development and ensures the implementation of effective and relevant policies locally.
    • To build engagement with all levels of employees and mediates local people conflicts between department together with local country lead.
    • Overseeing HR databases and internal software. To provide HR analysis and HR reports to Regional HR Manager and management.
    • To work closely with Regional HR specialists to deliver HR strategic in talent management and L&D.
    • Provides critical input to Regional HR Manager and management on matters related to the local entity's needs, strategy, and issues related to the local operating environment, culture, and people
    • Contribute to the development of a robust culture and environment through role modelling Syspex values and the behaviours which drive 5H culture in the entire organization.
    • Monitor and review HR Departmental operations budgets. The budget also includes the availability of capital to the HR department and business plans.
    • Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
    • Set objectives for the HR operation team and monitor and track progress.

  • 応募条件

    • He/She must have proven 8 years of work experience as an HR Operations Manager and managing a team efficiently.
    • Well-versed in employment and labor laws. Added advantage if he/she got a good understanding of all Malaysia, Singapore & Indonesia labor laws and compliances.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and ability to adapt to change.
    • He/she must be willing to talk, listen and understand to the ground-level feedback and voice.
    • He/she must have strong analytical skills to identify the source of an issue and creativity to deal with all kinds of issues.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to influence and communicate with all levels of employees in the organization.
