• 仕事内容

  - Prepare monthly financial report and supporting schedules (i.e. inter-company transaction report, fixed asset summary, accruals listing, prepayment, realised and unrealised foreign exchange summary, stock in transit listing, AR and AP listing, etc.)
  - Maintain fixed asset register, identify nature of assets, physical check and labelling
  - Monitor construction in progress listing and ensure proper reclassification of fixed asset
  - Daily fund control, fund transfer to ensure sufficient fund for vendor and payroll payment
  - Check supplier invoice classification of accounts
  - Arrange monthly and adhoc payment for vendor
  - Check petty cash claims
  - Compile monthly budget from all departments
  - Prepare quarterly reports for headquarter
  - Liaise with bankers for bank transactions
  - Liaise with external auditor for year-end audit and prepare audit schedule
  - Liaise with tax agent and prepare tax information for corporate tax submission
  - Conduct monthly, mid-yearly and yearly physical stock check
  - Prepare and submit monthly report to Statistic Department
  - Prepare data as assigned by Finance GM from time to time
