Implementation of HR functions and duties set by Management and HR Department
To prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board / newspapers / flyers / colleges / career fair etc.
Source and sort candidates according to specifications and time-frames established through social media, databases & etc.
Conduct interviews, screen potential candidates, carry out job matching between candidates and requirements.
Prepare Letter of appointment, HR letters, on-boarding for new employees, off-boarding for resign employees.
Responsible for staff leave entitlement, verify and update leave balance and staff attendance.
Implement staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal process.
Assist in preparation of monthly payroll process.
To ensure proper documentation and compliance to internal SOP and handbook.
Liaison with all governmental departments to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements.
Analysing training needs and propose suitable training courses to the management.
Liable to communicate issues and policies pertaining HR to all levels of management.
Assist in updating and maintaining proper filing such as employees’ personal file, training records, medical insurance, overtime claim report and etc.
Helping HQ to facilitate employee engagement activities, staff welfare and etc.
Assist in the maintenance of effective discipline including consistency in procedures relating to administration of disciplinary actions.
Attend to matters related to employee relations and counselling of employees in disciplinary issue.
- Education Background :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business
studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Experience :
At least 3year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or as a HR Practitioner and generalist.
- Require Skill :
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus and well versed with the payroll software
Self-starter, self-discipline, independent, positive work attitude and must possess a good communication and interpersonal skills as well as able to work in a team.
Able to communicate with all levels of employees.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Protect company’s information and interest at all times.
Able to multitask and work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Possess own transport; able to travel when necessary.
