    - Manage design team on day - day basis, allocating work between the team accordingly and involve in preparing daily documentation.
    - Maintain and develop design procedure, develop and promote technical best practice and research and development of standard product and cost efficiency.
    - Staff coaching.
    - Coordination with HQ Japan on technical clarification.

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - Language: Able to speak and write Japanese.
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any Engineering study.
    - Experience :
    > Over 5 years of experience in designing industrial machinery and project management of EPCC project.
    > Have experience of work on basic strength calculation of beam.
    > Have experience in managing a team is an advantage.
    - Others :
    > Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision.
    > Pro-active, enthusiastic and self-driven with high level of integrity.
