  - Verification and follow up daily production order sheet progress.
  - Updating and verification daily production reports progress.
  - Updating and verification production completed order sheet data.
  - Updating daily production meeting arrangement and minutes
  - Monitor and follow up daily new order database progress.
  - Weekly shipment schedule listing (3 times weekly)
  - Update raw material incoming and using.
  - Issue new order sheet
  - Support production section on paper works
  - Practice good housekeeping in work area, tidy and safe for conductive work environment.
  - Any other duties as and when assigned by superior / management.
