  [Job Description]
  70%: Presales Systems Engineer for business opportunities of application services with Japanese Companies in Malaysia
  • Study customer’s requirement and prepare technical proposals working with internal sales team and/or external business partners based on customers’ requirement
  *Technical proposal to include solution overview, system diagram, project timeline, organization structure, assumptions, and pricing etc.
  • Lead internal bid review process
  • Present our technical proposals and answer to customers’ technical questions to win deals
  • Prepare necessary contract documents for customers and/or business partners
  • Hand over project overview to project team
  • Proceed promotion activity of our products and solutions working with marketing team
  • Possible application services: ERP, POS (Point of Sales), Bespoke development, IoT and AI etc.
  
  30%: Project Coordinator for projects of application services with Japanese Companies in Malaysia
  • Project coordination among customers and/or external business partners and internal project members during projects
  • Support our project managers in terms of language barrier between English and Japanese as a communication bridge
  • Attend key project meetings with Japanese customers and assist our project managers to proceed meetings smoothly
