  Assigned to Auto lease department.
  
  We are providing car leasing service to corporate clients. (200~300 cars are leased at the moment)
  Main job role of this position is to arrange & manage the schedule of car maintenance.
  *The structure for car maintenance is : Drivers pick up the leasing car at client place and drive to the workshops for car maintenance. After maintenance is done, driver will return the car driving to the client place.
  
  - Follow up and remind clients by call for car maintenance
  - 200~300 leased cars at the moment
  - Arrange car maintenance schedule with clients, drivers and workshops
  - Take in call from clients requesting for car maintenance
  
  After getting used to above role, also handle below
  - Insurance for leasing car, liaise with insurance company and preparing related documentations
  - Selling out of leasing car, also handle some documentations such as issuing invoice, updating road tax and etc.
  
  *owing 3 drivers to arrange schedule
  *Based at office, seldom go out
  *Maintenance frequency per car is 1~3 times an year (depends on the car condition)
  *Clients - Local and Japanese companies (no individual customers)
  *Workshops are not only 1 place but each car brand got each workshops
