  - Report to Plastic Molding Department Head
  - Operating plastic injection molding machine
  - Responsible for all new tool development, involvement in cycle from product design to first article release
  - Work closely with Tool Designer to troubleshoot and resolve tool related problems
  - Manage the tooling maintenance activities
  - Process, jig & fixture development of new product
  - Meeting with suppliers, develop and monitor continuous tooling/process improvement plan
  - Monitor Plastic Molding Process
