  - Ensure finished products met the quality standard and within the allocated timeline and budget.
  - Plan manpower requirement for the plant, include competency training and discipline.
  - Oversee the Safety and Health requirement for the plant.
  - Prepare daily production plan, schedule and targets.
  - Trouble shoot to solve production delays, down time and problems.
  - Organize continuous periodical competence training for employees at plant.
  - Prepare daily production progress reports.
