【企業情報】当社は、日本の大手印刷関連メーカーのグループ企業として、マレーシアで昇華型プリンター用インクリボンやフォトプリント用メディアの製造を行っています。製品は主にパスポート写真機や証明写真機、イベント用フォトブース、IDカードプリンターなどに使用され、アジアを中心に世界各国へ供給されています。日本基準の品質管理のもと、現地スタッフと協力しながら高品質な製造と安定した出荷体制を実現しています。【職務概要】このポジションでは、工場や倉庫設備の専門知識を活かし、安全確認・改善業務を担当します。設備のメンテナンスから新規導入までの幅広い業務に加え、部下のマネジメントを通じて効率化や安定稼働を支えます。長期的には、日本本社との連携を図りながら、新しい設備導入や改善提案を推進し、工場の設備全般を専門的に管理・運用していく役割を担います。【職務内容詳細】1.工場設備全般の専門的な安全確認・改善業務工場内の各設備(製造機械、蒸気設備、ボイラーなど)の安全確認を行い、問題点を専門的な視点から洗い出します。必要な改善策を提案し、専門的な知識を活かして効率化・リスク低減を実現します。2.機械メンテナンス・故障対応(専門知識活用)フィルム塗布機や裁断機などの製造設備について、機械工学的な視点を持って定期的なメンテナンスを行い、故障時には迅速に対応します。問題が発生した場合には、専門知識を駆使して修理・交換を実施し、外部業者との調整も担当します。3.設備の運用・専門的なマネジメント工場全体の設備(蒸気設備やボイラーなど)の運用状況を専門的に監視し、維持・改善します。これらの設備が安全かつ効率的に稼働するよう管理を行い、日々のチェックを実施します。また、部下への指導やマネジメントを通じて、専門知識を共有しながらチームのスキル向上に貢献します。4.部下の指導・マネジメント(設備管理チーム)設備管理チームのメンバーに対して、専門的な知識に基づいた指導を行い、チームとして効率的に業務を遂行できるようサポートします。スタッフの育成と共に、業務の進捗や作業の進行状況を把握し、指導・調整を行います。5.設備導入・新規プロジェクトの専門的推進新しい設備の導入においては、機械設備に関する専門知識を活かして、導入計画を立案・実行します。日本本社との調整を進めつつ、現場のニーズに合った設備導入を推進します。長期的な設備増強計画や改善提案を行い、工場の効率化を目指します。6.倉庫・工場施設の改善提案(専門知識を活かして)倉庫や工場内のオペレーションの最適化を専門的に検討し、改善提案を行います。例えば、倉庫の拡張や最新の安全装置の導入など、設備全般に対する深い知識を活かして、生産性向上やコスト削減に貢献します。
