1. Acquire new contracts- Plan & implement strategies to generate leads for the development of franchise business.- Ensure leads are regularly generated and follow up promptly and effectively.- Conduct interview and business orientation with potential candidates and follow up till franchise business contract is signed.- Conduct and follow up with candidate on the location survey till the grand opening of the centers.2. Franchise opportunity marketing- Plan & implement marketing plans and activities to promote & strengthen awareness of franchise business opportunity.- Liaise with HQ office in Korea to promote the franchise business.3. New center supporting- Support and advice on new centers renovation, training and center grand opening matters.- Oversee and support the new franchisee on center operation and marketing activities.- Build positive rapport with new franchisees.4. Other related tasks assigned- Liaise with franchise and trade bodies such as PNS, MFA and other related bodies when need arises.- Involve in liaising with the company’s legal advisor on legal aspects of the franchise contract when need arises.
