• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes• Devise and review specifications for products or processes• Supervise downline and other staff and provide guidance and feedback• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards • Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements• Approve the right products or reject defectives• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met• Submit detailed reports to appropriate HOD• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures• Oversee and handle Store area including support staffs

1. Customer quality management / Manage customers queries and complaints.2. Manage RMA and coordinate sample submission to customer / Lead 8D discussion meeting and CA effectiveness follow-up.3. In Process Quality control, NCA follow up to prevent re-occurence / Process Audit.4. Incoming parts quality control / Supplier Quality Management / MRB control / To support ad-hoc activities requested by superior /Non conformance / MRB Control.5. Responsible for FAI Report Qualification for any new supplier / new tooling / tooling change or transfer.6. Work with Operations & Engineering team for Continuous Improvement.7.Work together with supplier for any NPI parts improvements change in the drawing /correlation on the measurement method and other issue related to NPI raw parts.

- Responsible for daily production operations with a view to increase productivity and optimize resources available including workflow planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production goals- Develop production capacity plan and oversee its execution to meet delivery requirements- Manage efforts to standardize work and set target cycle time for every product and process- Oversee day to day production activities including production planning, part receiving, manpower planning, lots sequencing, process monitoring, and delivery- Review processes and make recommendations for improvement and evaluate effectiveness- Implement continuous improvement plans in terms of quality and productivity- Enforce safety and health policy, procedures and guidelines- Continually upgrade competencies of executives and supervisors- Train the employee in the production line- Preparing weekly and monthly report and present to management- Oversee quality control processes to ensure repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes and improve efficiency.- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
