RResponsible for market analysis, distributor management, sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role requires an individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with distributors anddealers while driving business growth and market expansion.Key Responsibilities:• Market Analysis and Trend Tracking:o Conduct market visits to survey, analyze, and understand market trends and changing sales dynamics within the assigned area.o Identify emerging market opportunities and sales potential by keeping up to datewith current market conditions.• Distributor Management:o Oversee and manage distributor operations, including monitoring orders, sales performance, campaign efficiency, and stock control.o Ensure effective communication and support to distributors to optimize sales performance.• Relationship Building:o Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers to enhancelong-term business partnerships.o Act as a point of contact for distributors, addressing concerns and ensuring theirneeds are met.• Sales Strategy and Campaigns:o Actively participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive business growth.o Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales activities with ongoing marketing initiatives.• Sales Performance Monitoring:o Determine the sales expansion capabilities of distributors, ensuring that they are equipped to meet both monthly and yearly sales targets.o Monitor sales performance and collaborate with distributors to ensure targets are met or exceeded.• Stock Planning and Replenishment:o Monitor, plan, and manage distributor stock levels to ensure sufficient supply andminimize stockouts.o Coordinate with internal teams to address stock-related issues and ensure timelyreplenishment.• Reporting and Documentation:o Prepare and present timely sales reports to management, tracking key performance metrics, market developments, and sales opportunities.o Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.• Cross-Department Coordination:o Coordinate with sales support, production, technical teams, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of sales activities.• Market Research:o Conduct continuous market research to identify new sales opportunities, market shifts, and competitor activities.

This involves crafting strategies encompassing overall product direction, feature/content development, segment analysis, competitive product evaluation, and pricing assessment.- Offer product management assistance for designated product categories, including the identification and implementation of new features, steering product direction in alignment with market demands, and enhancing customer satisfaction levels.- Deliver product recommendations grounded in thorough needs analysis, examination of customer/market trends, and insights gleaned from market research forecasts.- Generate comprehensive documentation and reports outlining the specifications of assigned models, while also coordinating with relevant governmental bodies such as JPJ, DOE, SIRIM, and PUSPAKOM on all matters related to the designated vehicles.- Conduct thorough reviews of both internal and external communication materials to ensure accuracy regarding product details and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.- Collect the local regulations and policy documents, conduct market analysis, competitor analysis to develop product planning and strategy, collaborate with marketing team to develop launching strategy.- Conduct all the VTA and homologation process, and the custom clearance and logistics.- Collaborate with the training team to develop the product training materials.
