• (Trade) Import & export, stock planning & order management, logistics operations. • (Trade) Sales coordination between domestic and international customers and suppliers. • Pro-actively identify new markets and develop new business opportunities, build & promote strong & long-lasting customer business relationship. • Regularly visit existing & potential new customers to expand sales, new penetration & increase market shares, and to resolve non-routine queries & problems. • Regularly prepare reports on customer visit and business performance; by highlighting new business opportunities, quality problems and lost business analysis for action by the management. • Compose quotation, correspondence, report and presentation . • Closely follow up customer payment ageing and ensure prompt payment by the customer. • Other ad hoc duties (business related) as and when required by management.
