  - Develop and manage overall planning activities, including daily production scheduling and customer shipment coordination.
  - Plan and oversee the production schedule and shipment arrangements to ensure on-time delivery.
  - Calculate, monitor, and optimize machine capacities, efficiency, and production output.
  - Analyse customer forecast demand trends and develop a feasible production plan, considering resource, capacity, and material planning.
  - Coordinate with customers and customer service teams to prioritize orders and mitigate potential supply risks.
  - Collaborate with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure timely material availability for production.
  - Monitor and manage inventory, including disposition of on-hold or quarantined stock, to minimize excess inventory buildup.
  - Control and reduce slow-moving inventory.
  - Work closely with customers and customer service to ensure shipments are executed to meet on-time delivery (OTD) targets.
  - Maintain accurate planning data in the system to ensure data integrity.
  - Lead stand-up meetings, address production abnormalities promptly, and enhance cross-departmental communication and coordination.
  - Liaise with customers and customer service teams regarding order and supply demand updates.
  - Collaborate with production teams to prioritize job orders in alignment with customer demand and production plans.
  - Proactively highlight potential missed shipments or build plan risks to superiors.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or management.
