  【Job Summary】
  We are an established, global supply chain logistics provider seeking a highly experienced, forward-thinking Forwarding Senior Manager to lead and elevate our freight forwarding department.
  In this executive leadership role, you will bridge the traditional logistics landscape with modern technology by introducing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital automation to optimize complex supply chain operations from end to end.
  You will oversee daily forwarding workflows across Air, Sea, and Land freight, ensuring strict compliance with customs regulations while systematically driving operational efficiency and cost margins. A key focus of this position is championing technological transformation; you will leverage predictive analytics, AI-driven route optimization, and automated document processing to eliminate supply chain bottlenecks and streamline service delivery.
  Success in this role requires a proven track record of operational improvement, strategic long-term planning, and cross-functional leadership.
  You will act as a key liaison between departmental staff and executive leadership, presenting performance metrics, task management strategies, and strategic recommendations to Heads of Departments (HODs).

  【Responsibilities】
  - Operational Improvement & AI Integration: Champion the adoption of advanced IT and AI solutions—including automated document processing, predictive analytics, and route optimization—to refine Air, Sea, and Land freight operations.
  - Strategic Planning & Executive Reporting: Formulate data-driven logistics strategies using modern IT tools, build strong relationships with carriers, shipping lines, and international agents, and report performance metrics directly to HODs.
  - Task & Compliance Management: Oversee daily forwarding workflows to meet tight KPIs, ensure 100% Malaysian customs compliance, and manage the timely renewal of customs and freight forwarding licenses.
  - Team Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor and develop the forwarding team, cultivate a culture of technological adaptation, and align departmental objectives with cross-functional business goals.
