    • Manage budgets, tools, and timelines for projects
    • Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering challenges
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate engineering staff performance
    • Any other task assigned by management.

  • 応募条件

    • At least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
    • At least 5 years of engineering experience with 1–3 years in a managerial or lead role in similar industry.
    • Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in engineering software/tools relevant to the field (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies
