  Welding / Production Operations
  •Perform welding operations according to approved work instructions and production requirements.
  •Operate welding equipment and tools safely and correctly after receiving the necessary training.
  •Follow specified welding parameters, procedures and production standards.
  •Ensure workpieces are properly prepared, positioned and handled.
  •Maintain consistent production quality and output.
  •Perform basic checks on completed work and identify obvious defects or abnormalities.
  •Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
  
  Japanese Technical Communication
  •Assist in communicating Japanese technical instructions to local production personnel when required.
  •Ask for clarification when instructions or technical requirements are unclear.
  •Communicate production issues, abnormalities or difficulties to the Welding team.
  •Assist with the interpretation of basic Japanese manufacturing terminology and work instructions.
  
  Production & Quality
  •Achieve assigned production targets and schedules.
  •Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions and quality requirements.
  •Ensure products meet specified workmanship and quality standards.
  •Immediately report defects, equipment abnormalities or process issues.
  •Cooperate with QC personnel during inspection and quality improvement activities.
  •Support corrective actions and process improvements when required.
