• 仕事内容

  - Responsible to monitor, coordinate and supervise all building construction works at site.
  - To liaise with subcontractors and client/consultants to ensure all works are carried as per drawings and specifications.
  - To monitor the quality of work and ensure proper safety measures and standard are adhere to at site.
  - To prepare and monitor daily site diary, manpower chart and site progress report.
  - To control wastage and delivery of material to site.
  - Implement the project quality plan at site and take action if the construction process is out of control or non-compliance to documented drawings/specification, etc.
  - Coordinate with the project manager on all quality issues and take action to resolve and close the issues. Coordinate and chair the meetings with vendor/sun-contractors on defects or non-compliance found during the preliminary, during and post construction activities.
  - Assure all technical/engineering documents related to site quality control are current status.
  - Any other responsibilities delegated by the Project Manager.
