  ＜Summary＞
  Responsible for managing interior design projects from concept development, space planning, and detailed design through to project completion. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, while overseeing project progress, site inspections, quality control, and handover support in collaboration with Japan headquarters and internal teams.
  
  ＜Job Descriptions＞
  - Develop conceptual designs, space planning, and detailed design drawings for interior design projects.
  - Understand client requirements and prepare design proposals, presentation materials, and material specification documents.
  - Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design and construction process.
  - Attend site meetings and conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
  - Liaise and coordinate with landlords, mall management, and local authorities
  - Monitor project schedules, budgets, and site progress, while identifying and addressing project-related issues
  - Support project handover processes and defect rectification works upon project completion
  - Collaborate closely with the Japan headquarters and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
