    - Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.
    - Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
    - Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
    - Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients.
    - Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements.

  • 応募条件

    Edu: At least Degree in engineering field
    Exp: At least 2 years of experience of related working experience

    - Working in Semi-conductor Industry, printed circuit board, packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage
    - Japanese speaking ability is a great advantage to communicate with Japanese HQ an PIC of clients
    - Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines
    - Person who can work independently and willing to ask for support 
    - Person who is patient, flexible, and work with hospitality
    - Person who is willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies
