  Production Planning & Execution: Execute daily and weekly production schedules based on master planning targets, ensuring optimal machine utilization and on-time delivery to customers.
  
  Shop-Floor Supervision: Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations, monitoring line progress and directing supervisors and operators to achieve output targets.
  
  Manpower & Resource Allocation: Optimize manpower distribution across production lines, managing shift schedules, attendance, overtime, and line balancing to maximize productivity.
  
  Performance Monitoring (KPIs): Track, analyze, and report key manufacturing metrics, including output volumes, OEE, yield, downtime, and material variance.
  
  Inventory & Material Control: Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams to ensure raw materials and sub-assemblies are available at the production lines, preventing material shortages.
  
  Troubleshooting & Bottleneck Resolution: Identify operational constraints, equipment breakdowns, or quality issues on the floor and implement immediate corrective actions to minimize production delays.
  
  Continuous Improvement (Lean/Kaizen): Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Kanban) to eliminate waste, improve ergonomics, and optimize workflows.
  
  Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain product standards, and partner with Engineering/Maintenance to schedule preventive equipment servicing.
  
  Safety & Compliance Enforcement: Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), company policies, and local occupational safety and health (OSHA) regulations on the production floor.
  
  Data Management & Reporting: Compile and present comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  
  Training & Development: Conduct operational training, evaluate operator competencies, and cultivate a highly disciplined, multi-skilled production team.
  
  
  【Memo】
  - After joining the company, you will be required to travel to our Japan production site for approximately one month for training purposes. The duration may be extended depending on progress and business needs. This assignment will also involve supporting the transfer of technical know-how from the Japan production site to Malaysia.
  
  - The location of the production site in Malaysia has not yet been finalized. Areas in or around Puncak Alam area are currently being considered as potential candidates.
